Helge has 20 years of experience in the aviation industry, holding various positions. His technical background, as a licensed S-92 engineer, started it all. The growing interest in complex Rotary Wing programs and the importance of customer experience, lead him to Project Management – and later to Global Sales.  

In recent years, Helge has built competence in running various organizations – focusing on company structure, financial growth and customer satisfaction.

In his years working in the aviation industry, Helge focused on understanding his customers requirements. That is why Vipe 21 is built on the philosophy of treating customers as business partners, aiming to be their “Mission Partner”.

Dedication and enthusiasm is key factors for his intentions to make Vipe 21 established as a preferred provider of Part 21 services.

Roger Aure
Head of Design & Head of Flight Test

Roger is a highly experienced aerospace engineer with in-depth competence in fields such as structural and aerodynamics analysis. He has a Master of Science in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Arizona. Roger has a deep interest in solving complex engineering problems.

Roger has extensive EASA Part 21 J experience is proven with multiple STC’s and minor changes.  Majority of these changes have been within the special missions segment with multiple mission system integrations. Roger has had the postholder title for the Part-145 & Part-M organisation at a operator of S92A in the oil and gass sector.

Before co-founding Vipe 21, Roger was the Head of Flight Test and flight test engineer at a major independent design organization. This merged his career as a engineer with his hobby as a pilot of vintage/warbird aircraft. 

Henning Robberstad
Chief of Office of Airworthiness

Henning has over 15 years of experience in an EASA Part 21 J design organisation. His background as an avionic engineer,  principal avionic engineer and chief of office of airworthiness gives him a unique insight in EASA regulations.

Henning has proven to be a well structured individual and possess a strong organisational overview, always aspiring to be proactive.

His well-founded competence with EASA regulations and procedures combined with excellent communication skills accelerates the design process in all stages, ensuring a cost effective and safe product.

Tor Baustad
Director Business Development

With well over 30 years of experience Tor is well known in the helicopter industy. He is an avionic engineer, known to equipment manufacturers as an expert in integration. In addition to his technical expertise, he knows how to build and manage a team of engineers.

He is well known in the industry for his dedication to the operators and their requirements, with a very high level of integrity.

Knowing the industry and its operators for years, as well as in depth knowledge to EASA regulations – makes Tor the obvious choice for Business Development.

Anders Petterson
Director Research & Development

With a high dedication for the product experience, Anders has worked in close collaboration with various rotor wing operators to achieve mission readiness.

Using new technologies in product design such as 3D printing and scanning has been a natural part of his approach to maximise the customer experience in the design process.

Anders ensures that the best ideas survives, kicking them into life with effective collaboration between all parties.
