Roger Aure
Roger had over 15 years of experience within engineering and aviation managment when joining Vipe 21. This includes experience as design engineer, analysis engineer, CVE, flight test engineer, Part-M and Part-145 manager and Head of Flight Test. Roger is one of the co-founders of Vipe 21.
Bror Anders Pettersson
Anders have a varied engineering background. He joined the aviation industry in 2011 and have substantial experience within projects and product development. Anders was also the engineering manager in a robotic company for 2 years just prior to joining Vipe 21. Anders is one of the co-founders of Vipe 21.
Tor Baustad
Tor has extensive experience within avionics and air navigation instrumentation. With over 36 years of experience from the aviation business prior to joining Vipe 21, Tor is the most experienced team member. The last 16 years he was the Head of Design Organisation for a major MRO within heavy helicopters. Tor is one of the co-founders of Vipe 21.
administration & Project Support
Øyvind Øglænd
Øyvind has long experience within aviation in roles as airworthiness engineer, quality manager, Chief of Office of Airworthiness, Safety & Quality Advisor, Part-M post holder and project manager. Øyvind joined Vipe 21 in 2023.
Stian Vedelden Robberstad
Stian is a computer engineering student that is helping us out part time with developing IT systems

Anders Thon Sletsjøe
Anders is the teams newest member. He graduated from the University of Stavanger in 2023 with a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering.

Stian Kornberg
Stian joined Vipe 21 in 2024 in a part time position to support in system development and project work. Stian is currently working on his final year project in the department of Mechanical Engineering at the University of Stavanger.
